Step 1: Navigate to Online Booking

First, go to www.shuttleparkcity.com. On the homepage, locate and click the 'ONLINE BOOKING' option in the navigation menu or select any of the booking buttons.

Step 2: Select Your Service

Next, choose the type of transportation you need from the dropdown menu:

• Airport Departure or Arrival for transportation between Salt Lake City International Airport and ski resorts near Park City, Ogden, Provo, and the Wasatch Front.

• Point to Point for transfers to and from resorts like Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Sundance.

• As-Directed Service for hourly chauffeur service for events or nights out.

Step 3: Select Pickup Date & Time

Now, select your pickup date and time. If you're arriving at the airport, enter your flight’s arrival time. For departures, we recommend scheduling your pickup at least 2.5 hours before your flight.

Step 4: Enter Drop-Off Location

Enter your drop-off location. Be sure to enter the exact address, as our system may not recognize incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Step 5: Select Passenger Amount & Vehicle

Choose the number of passengers in your group, then click the 'Select Vehicle' button. Pick a vehicle that fits your party size and travel needs.

Step 6: Create an Account or Continue as Guest

At this point, you can create an account for faster future bookings or continue as a guest. If you choose 'Continue as Guest,' enter your contact information and click 'Continue as Guest' again.

Step 7: Enter Flight Information

Next, provide your flight details, including your airline name and flight number. If you'd like to book a return trip, check the return service option.

Step 8: Final Verification & Payment

Complete the CAPTCHA verification to confirm you're not a robot. Then, enter your payment information and click 'Book Now' to finalize your reservation.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you're having trouble completing your booking, check if pop-up blockers are enabled and disable them. Also, ensure you enter an address recognized by Google Maps.
